About This Project
Sample Filter is a concept proposal to use carpet and rug samples as a filter membrane. They could be stacked together and placed under water to be filtered, and pure filtered water can be collected in a lower compartment. It will be a cheap and easy option in rural areas (especially in the developing and the under developed countries), where water is brought from lakes, wells and rivers, and have certain amount of mineral and particle contamination.
