



This YOGA stool is great if you have tight hamstrings and you want to improve your posture while sitting on the floor.
Material: string, and 10 carpet tiles (may vary) How to build it:
1) Stack 5 full tiles, clamp together, and drill 4 holes in each corner
2.) Cut an 8” x10” rectangle out of each of the remaining 5 tiles. Keep the material.
3.) Take the remaining 5 tiles, clamp and drill 4 holes in each of the corners.
4) Stitch the bottom 5 tiles together to keep the material from sliding.
5.) Stitch the top 5 tiles together.
6.) Rotate the remaining material in the hole.
7.) Have a seat!
